Vials

Our vial line consist of Washing, Sterilizing, Filling and Bunging, Sealing, Tray Collection, Inspection and Labelling machines to process powder and liquid in sterile conditions. The machines are fully automatic with easy and fast changeover procedures, requires minimum operator’s involvement and ensures optimum utilization of raw materials.

Washing Machines

Our washing machines are categorized on the basis of its mechanism, one being rotary washing machine with continuous working motion while other is linear tunnel type washing machine with intermittent working motion. These machines ensures proper rinsing of inner and outer surface of vials with different washing cycles of water and air which can also be customized as per client’s requirement.

Sterilizing

Teknokrat Provides sterilizing and depyrogenation tunnels for vials. The main function of this tunnel is to sterilize the vial and remove pyrogens from it by passing vials from heating zone, sterilizing zone and cooling zone.

Injectable Dry Powder Filling Machines

Having experience of more than 30 years, we have developed various aseptic powder filling and rubber stoppering machines starting from 1^st generation monolithic mechanical machines to our latest advance 4^th generation servo driven Centralized Piston Adjustment powder filling machine designed to fill micro dose sterile powder into glass vial and close the same with rubber stopper.

Injectable Liquid Filling Machines

Teknokrat professes a variety of intermittent and continuous motion servo based vial liquid filling with full and half rubber stoppering machines suitable for plain and slotted rubber stoppers. These machines are use to fill sterile aqueous and viscous liquid in a glass vial in an open RABS (Restricted Access Barriers System) and can also be equipped with closed RABS and Isolator system to maintain the sterility in filling process.
